LHS COURSE REGISTRATION- Attention eighth grade students and parents. The online window for high school course registration is now open. You will need to log onto your PowerSchool account; click "Class Registration", click the pencil icon, choose the course that has been recommended for you and click "Okay". Continue selecting your course recommendations and choosing your electives as well as alternates until credit hour requirements have been met. Then click “submit” and you are all set.
MILITARY AND FAMILY LIFE COUNSELING- We are very fortunate to have officially added to our LMS staff a Child and Youth Behavioral Military & Family Life Counselor. We are very please to introduce Ms. Stacey Cutler to LMS, and she will be here three days each week. This position is being funded by the Department of Defense for the purpose of supporting students of military families. As our military families know and the rest of us can imagine, the challenges these families face are quite unique. Ms. Cutler’s first priority will be to develop relationships with our students; especially those from military families. These families will receive information regarding this program in the mail along with a permission slip to be signed by any military parent or her/his spouse if you are interested in taking advantage of Ms. Cutler’s service and support. It is important to note that her support will be provided as needed, and all services and supports provided will be kept in strict confidence.
LMS YEARBOOK- The LMS yearbooks are now on sale. The cost is $37. You may purchase yearbooks either online on the LMS website or by bringing in a check or cash to Mr. O'Brien or Mr. Allen. Checks must be made out to LMS.
